Construction
As an integral part of our commitment, we remain onsite throughout the construction process to conduct regular site visits, provide assistance to the Contractor, and effectively manage any unforeseen challenges that may arise.
Recognizing that each project presents its own set of unique obstacles, we take pride in our collaborative approach with Contractors to troubleshoot issues and uphold the integrity of the design.
Given that not all aspects of the design are finalized before construction commences, we maintain flexibility to ensure efficient time management and cost control. Consequently, we continue to hold design meetings with our clients throughout the construction phase to finalize certain aspects of the scheme and ensure alignment with their vision.
Site Meetings
We attend site on a regular basis throughout the course of the build to assist the Contractor and relay information back to the Client on its progress.
Post-Completion
Our commitment to our clients extends beyond the completion of construction. We maintain an ongoing relationship to address any minor queries, finalize contracts, and facilitate a smooth settling-in process.
Even after the project's completion, we remain available to seize small design opportunities that may arise, whether it involves crafting bespoke furniture or enhancing landscaping features.
