At its core, the concept is elegant in its simplicity: a fusion of three fundamental elements. First, a sturdy building block serves as the foundation, symbolizing strength and reliability. Next, a daring cantilever roof extends boldly overhead, seemingly suspended in mid-air, casting an ethereal shadow over a luminous strip of translucent glass below. This juxtaposition of solidity and weightlessness captures the essence of innovation itself, daring to defy convention while maintaining a steadfast commitment to excellence.

The project is the result of the response to the client's needs to bring the old building into the contemporary needs.
The cantilever roof provides shade and additional storage space
The glass strip provides natural light and a higher level of insulation.
The facade improves the thermal conditions and provides a slick design.
Accentuating the structure are carefully curated elements that punctuate its sleek facade. A grand entrance, marked by distinctive features, welcomes visitors into the administrative hub, while a dedicated technology block stands as a testament to progress, providing essential support systems with seamless efficiency.
What truly sets the SMT Lab Project apart is its minimalist design philosophy, executed with precision and finesse. High-end materials, meticulously selected for their quality and sophistication, adorn every surface. The facade, clad in bespoke metal panels with a partial mirrored finish, reflects the surrounding environment, blurring the line between structure and landscape. U-channel glass from Linit, renowned for its radiant luminosity, imbues the interior with an otherworldly glow, while the absence of traditional window frames creates a seamless connection between inside and out.
